• Handle inbound calls from members seeking technical assistance with recreational vehicle use.
• Investigate mechanical claims thoroughly and verify eligibility.
• Evaluate customer issues from start to finish.
• Manage a high volume of calls while providing exceptional communication and customer service.
• Work independently and collaboratively while applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of claims-handling experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard web applications.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Bilingual communication skills are preferred.
