Director, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Acton, Massachusetts, United States; hybrid schedule with regular office attendance. Domestic and international travel may be required up to 5% of the time.

Annual base salary: $162,300–$243,450 for U.S.-based positions, plus potential incentive compensation.

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the Omnipod insulin management platform and other wearable drug-delivery technologies for people with diabetes and other conditions.

What you will do

• Lead total-company financial reporting, including monthly reviews, reporting packages, latest estimates, quarterly forecasts, and executive management reviews.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, sensitivity analysis, and reporting of key operating metrics across the company.
• Lead company-wide cash flow forecasting and incorporate tax, treasury, foreign exchange, interest, headcount, and other below-the-line impacts into financial reporting.
• Prepare Board of Directors presentations and support Investor Relations, Accounting, and Finance leadership with external reporting materials.
• Lead the FP&A transformation roadmap, partnering with Finance, IT, PMO, and other functions to implement automation and improved reporting tools.
• Coach and develop a team of four while managing special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; an MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of FP&A experience in a global, growth-oriented, publicly traded company.
• Broad finance experience covering FP&A, accounting, management reporting systems, budgeting, acquisitions, investment analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with full P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow processes is preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and the ability to learn new accounting and reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Previous Corporate FP&A experience.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or healthcare experience.
• Experience with SAP or SAC.
• MBA.
