What you will do
- Configure and enhance Workday solutions based on HR and business requirements.
- Develop scalable Workday reports, dashboards, metrics, and analytics.
- Partner with stakeholders to solve complex system, process, and data challenges.
- Simplify and automate HR processes through better use of Workday capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve HR operations.
Requirements
- Hands-on Workday experience, including configuration and reporting.
- 5+ years of HR technology, HRIS, or related experience preferred.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
