Branch Customer Service & Sales Representative - Ballantyne, NC

Location: On-site at 11338 North Community House Road, Charlotte, NC 28277, United States. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with possible rotating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.; occasional holidays, weekends, and community events may be required.

Salary: $19.00–$21.50 per hour, based on experience, plus performance incentives and annual bonus potential.

What you will do

• Greet and assist members while promoting and selling memberships, travel products, select banking products, insurance specials, and other offerings.
• Generate leads, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and refer complex issues to senior staff, agents, or management.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff and participate in branch activities supporting office goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-focused environment and ability to deliver timely, helpful solutions.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office applications and learning workplace technology.
• Strong communication, teamwork, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately and work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work on-site in the Charlotte, North Carolina branch and maintain reliable attendance.
