What you will do

• Perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot PLC issues and assist with basic programming and control-system improvements.
• Lead the scheduling, assignment, execution, and review of maintenance work orders in Fiix CMMS.
• Support equipment installation, relocation, modification, spare-parts management, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Three to five years of experience in a team-leader capacity.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead groups across organizational levels.
• Ability to work a three-shift rotation when required or during emergencies.
• Maintenance work must comply with GMP, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.

Nice to have

• Electrical Maintenance Technician Certification, PLC Programming and Troubleshooting certification, or CMRT.
• Lockout/Tagout and Confined Space Entry training.
• Forklift, aerial lift, or AWS D1.1 welding certification.
