Senior Project Coordinator, Integration

Salary: $65,000–$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience

What you will do

• Support the Director of Integration across integration projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, automated planning systems, reporting processes, issue resolution workflows, risk management, and budget tracking.
• Coordinate project activities and maintain ongoing workplans within defined scope, quality, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Review schedules across participating functions, resolve inter-functional conflicts, and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
• Lead or participate in daily, weekly, and monthly project meetings.
• Track project status, costs, budgets, deviations, adverse trends, and overall project health.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass applicable pre-employment assessments.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• 1–3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Project management skills, strong Excel skills, and empathetic communication skills.

Nice to have

• BS or BA in a related discipline.
• PMP or another relevant certification.
