What you will do

• Develop new spatial biology products and applications and improve existing products using ISH/IHC-based assays.
• Design, execute, document, analyze, and interpret experiments, then present findings in technical forums.
• Own project deliverables such as technical reports, design-control documents, SOPs, procedures, protocols, and user guidance.
• Work independently with R&D and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Train colleagues on defined procedures, practices, and technical concepts.
• Support product commercialization and the company’s quality-system objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology, cell biology, life sciences, or a related field with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience, or a master’s degree with 0–2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with microscopy, assay development, image analysis, data interpretation, and technical presentations.
• Experience with immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and in situ hybridization techniques.
• Knowledge of standard cell and molecular biology techniques and basic statistical analysis.
• Ability to independently design experiments, interpret data, solve problems, and execute projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills; experience with ELNs or LIMS and quality systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated tissue-staining instruments such as Leica Bond Rx or Roche Discovery.
• Experience with spatial biology platforms such as Lunaphore COMET or Akoya Phenocycler Fusion.
• Experience working under design control and handling unexpected problems or high-pressure situations.
