What you will do

• Conduct hands-on in vivo studies in mice, including handling, tumor inoculation and measurement, dosing, blood and tissue collection, and health monitoring.
• Perform necropsies and support ex vivo tissue dissection, processing, sample preparation, and experimental readouts.
• Conduct in vitro studies using multiparametric flow cytometry and molecular biology techniques.
• Generate, analyze, document, and communicate pharmacology data supporting oncology and immunotherapy programs.
• Present study results and participate in cross-departmental research meetings.
• Participate in dosing rotations, including occasional evening or weekend work.

Requirements

• Master’s degree plus 2+ years of rodent in vivo experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years, or high school diploma/GED plus 6 years of rodent in vivo experience.
• Experience with in vivo cancer models and pharmacology in an academic or industry setting.
• Proficiency with mouse dosing, in vivo PK/PD and efficacy studies, health monitoring, and blood and tissue collection.
• Experience with molecular, cellular, and ex vivo techniques and assays.
• Strong communication, organizational, record-keeping, and data-analysis skills.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with GraphPad Prism, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and scientific software.

Nice to have

• Experience with PDX models of cancer.
• Hands-on experience with in vivo bioluminescence imaging.
• Flow cytometry and multiparametric analysis experience.
• Experience with small-molecule oncology therapeutics.
