Structural Work Group Lead (Civil/Structural Engineering)

What you will do

• Lead and direct a large team of civil and structural engineers on project work.
• Plan, budget, organize, coordinate, and oversee civil and structural projects.
• Design and specify structures and foundations made from concrete, steel, wood, and engineered products.
• Support the design of platforms, bridges, pipe racks, buildings, and related facilities.
• Coordinate engineering activities with construction practices and module yards.
• Provide technical guidance and coach designers and less experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• More than 10 years of civil or structural engineering experience with an EPC company.
• Experience with large foundation design.
• Professional experience demonstrating competence as a fully trained engineer.
• Ability to evaluate engineering techniques, procedures, criteria, conflicting design requirements, and complex coordination needs.
• Licensed or Chartered Professional Engineer certification is preferred.
