Licensed Structural Engineer (Civil Engineering)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with up to 40% remote work

What you will do

• Lead structural analysis, design, construction administration, and preparation of technical reports, plans, and specifications across concurrent projects.
• Work on heavy civil projects such as dams, flood and retaining walls, water treatment facilities, and water transmission facilities.
• Contribute to architectural projects including low- to mid-rise commercial, educational, and industrial buildings.
• Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules within established constraints.
• Collaborate with internal and external project teams and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers while supporting a collaborative knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) license.
• 6+ years of structural design experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering focused on Structural Engineering.
• Structural Engineer (SE) license.
• Project management experience.
• Experience supervising teams.
