General Manager - Fort Worth

Location: Fort Worth, Texas, United States; onsite retail store role with weekend and holiday availability required

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, coach, train, and recognize the store team through goal setting and consistent feedback.
• Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle and partner with Human Resources on performance management.
• Ensure store procedures, visual directives, presentations, and housekeeping standards support profitability and expense control.
• Lead floorplan creation, design presentations, weekly trade activities, and home visits.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager, share business insights and best practices, and develop strategies to grow the store.

Requirements

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated design skills and passion for the design profession.
• Financial literacy, business acumen, and the ability to manage budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, web navigation, and 3D rendering programs.
• Ability to routinely move objects weighing more than 20 pounds and understand safety requirements.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays in accordance with daily store hours.
