Senior Branch Manager (Power Generation)

Location: Denver, Colorado, USA

Target compensation: $136,000–$170,000 per year, plus variable compensation including short-term and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Manage sales, service, rental, and parts operations across assigned branch locations.
• Own P&L performance and drive customer satisfaction, territory profitability, revenue growth, operational efficiency, and retention.
• Develop strategic sales plans and implement operational initiatives with the VP/GM.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and manage teams across sales and service functions.
• Monitor operational KPIs, sales metrics, revenue, and operating income against targets.
• Oversee work-order completion, ERP and CRM usage, process compliance, facilities, rental fleets, and branch assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in an associated field.
• 5+ years of operations management experience and 5+ years of management experience with direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of the power-generation parts and service industry, with mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to operate a forklift, handle high-pressure situations, prioritize assignments, and perform basic calculations for parts orders.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, accountability, and customer-service skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Business Management.
• Experience as a Technical Supervisor in an industrial setting.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in schematic and service documentation.
• Experience with budgets, forecasting models, financial oversight, and general ledgers.
