Recruiting Coordinator

What you will do

• Support full-cycle, high-volume recruiting efforts including sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers with pipeline organization, prioritization, and maintaining candidate pools.
• Serve as a responsive point of contact for candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain ATS hygiene, data accuracy, and pipeline velocity across multiple concurrent requisitions.
• Support employer branding initiatives such as job postings and social content.
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in FL, CO, IL, MA, NH, RI, ME, CT, GA, SC, NC, or TX.
• Entry-level experience in recruiting, HR, staffing, or related coordination roles.
• Fouhirify.globaltional understanding of HR or recruiting practices and an eagerness to grow expertise.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• HR or platform certifications.
• Experience in consulting, professional services, or agency environments.
