What you will do

• Identify suitable job openings for clients by matching qualifications with employer requirements.
• Develop job opportunities and maintain current listings of local employment opportunities.
• Build relationships with local businesses and maintain regular contact with employers.
• Work with employers on recruiting, interviewing, hiring, alternative work activities, and training initiatives.
• Coordinate with case management staff to facilitate job placements and follow up with employers on service satisfaction.
• Arrange employer presentations, job fairs, and hiring events, including occasional work outside normal business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or two years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing, or recruiting.
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of local communities, resources, labor market trends, and employer needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and current automobile insurance are required.

Nice to have

• Sales or staffing experience.
• English/Spanish bilingual communication skills.
