What you will do
- Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements and provide market data.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidates, present qualified slates, and build talent pipelines.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
- Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
