Project Coordinator (Data Center Construction)

Location: Sharon, Pennsylvania, USA; on-site five days per week. Occasional travel to other company sites or vendor and partner locations may be required.

What you will do

• Develop and govern access-control standards, processes, and tools for the Sharon data center construction project.
• Coordinate site access, deliveries, logistics, security, cleanliness, worker safety orientation, PPE, and project risk controls.
• Track project changes, cost approvals, contractor forecasts, schedules, equipment deliveries, and rigging coordination.
• Prepare daily manpower and safety-incident reports and support integrated reporting through Procore, P6, Smartsheet, Power BI, SharePoint, and related tools.
• Coordinate with the Senior PM, owner representatives, consultants, A&E firms, general contractors, commissioning agents, vendors, utilities, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Support project delivery methodology and L0–L5 commissioning, turnover, documentation, and as-built readiness.

Requirements

• At least five years of construction experience.
• Experience managing project tasks and controls, contractors, and external consultants.
• Understanding of cost-management tools, project-controls systems, scheduling software, Excel, Word, Power BI, and related reporting workflows.
• Basic understanding of data center design and construction, including electrical distribution, mechanical cooling, power systems, and structural and civil packages.
• Knowledge of electrical safety protocols under NFPA 70 and possession of a high school diploma.
• OSHA 10, OSHA 30, AED, and CPR qualifications.
