Regional Construction Project Manager (Energy Infrastructure)

Location: United States, Texas — Remote; occasional on-call response and travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, multi-site energy infrastructure and construction projects.
• Manage project strategy, constructability reviews, scope definition, procurement, estimating, scheduling, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.
• Direct subcontractor, vendor, and supplier relationships to control cost, schedule, quality, and delivery.
• Manage project teams, resources, expenditures, job cost accounting, documentation, reporting, and customer communication.
• Implement site safety and health plans, quality assurance and control, operations and maintenance manuals, and training.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry practices, codes, and jurisdictional requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience managing complex civil infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, engineering, industrial power, or energy construction projects.
• Experience with data center project management and multi-site facility infrastructure construction, renovations, retrofits, upgrades, controls, automation, and renewable energy technologies.
• Experience leading construction teams and projects valued at $50M to $1B+ is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project, AutoCAD, and Procore.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards, civil site work, mechanical and electrical systems, engineering practices, regulations, and codes.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and ability to pass comprehensive background and drug screening checks.

• USACE Construction Quality Management certification.
• OSHA certification.
• Education or active progress toward engineering, project management, or industry-related qualifications.
