Construction Project Manager - Mission Critical/Data Center

Location: Phoenix, United States. The position requires verification of employment authorization to work in the U.S. and may involve travel for projects.

What you will do

• Administer assigned construction projects, including schedules, cost projections, contracts, budgets, and status reports.
• Manage project team members, subcontractors, owner relationships, and professional partners.
• Support preconstruction through bid procedures, bid reviews, vendor and subcontractor qualification, estimating, and scheduling.
• Manage quality assurance, quality control, commissioning processes, and construction risk evaluation.
• Lead progress meetings, oversee design development, and contribute to contract negotiations and budget decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or equivalent work experience.
• At least four years of proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Verification of employment authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Mission-critical or data center project experience.
• Knowledge of complex mission-critical MEP systems and commissioning processes.
• Experience with critical work Methods of Procedures processes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Procore, P6, and other project management tools.
