Senior Deal Desk Analyst (Temp) (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be located in the Pacific Time Zone

Compensation: $55–$65 per hour

What you will do

• Advise Sales and Customer Success on deal structuring, pricing, redlining, and contract management.
• Review, approve, draft, modify, and finalize contracts for cloud subscription, add-on, and upsell business.
• Partner with Finance and Legal to confirm accurate contract terms and compliance with internal policies.
• Support Sales and Account Management with quoting tools and CRM-related questions, including testing enhancements.
• Deliver new-hire and ad hoc sales enablement training.
• Drive process improvements and support commercial projects.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree.
• At least five years of professional Deal Desk experience in a SaaS company.
• Experience supporting global or multinational customers and deals.
• Strong business partnering skills and the ability to influence commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of pricing, deal structuring, contracting, and commercial terms and conditions.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition policies.
• Experience with Windows, Excel, Word, CRM systems, SFDC, or CPQ.
