Clinical Instructor

Location: Part-time hybrid role based in Philadelphia, PA; must reside in or be willing to permanently relocate to the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.

Salary: $35–$39 per hour

What you will do

• Create and deliver hands-on clinical skill training sessions following students' online instruction.
• Accompany, mentor, and support HHA students during in-person training at long-term care facilities.
• Design and launch supplemental learning modules with the broader clinical team.
• Build relationships with partner facilities to support student clinical placements.
• Prepare HHA and CNA cohorts to deliver compassionate, high-quality home care.

Requirements

• Valid, current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience teaching or mentoring others.
• Availability to work selected weekends for clinical sessions.
• Residence in or permanent relocation to the Greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area.
