Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid; candidates must live within a 180-mile radius of a hirify.global hub in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Richardson, Texas; or Tempe, Arizona, and work both from home and in the office.

Salary: $85,500–$125,000 starting salary per year, plus potential yearly incentive pay of up to 10% of base salary.

What you will do

• Build and maintain customer-facing applications supporting the digital claims process.
• Design and develop applications using industry-adopted programming languages and frameworks.
• Apply engineering tools, AI solutions, security processes, and programming languages to complete assignments.
• Work with application components, services, routing, state management, version control, CI/CD, and unit testing.
• Maintain APIs and caching solutions using AWS infrastructure.
• Contribute to capability-driven products and engineering initiatives within the Digital Claims Platform and Mobile product suite.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Java, TypeScript, and Go.
• Understanding of AWS infrastructure for APIs and caching solutions.
• Experience with engineering practices, application components and services, version control, CI/CD, and unit testing.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States immediately; visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available.
• Must live within a 180-mile radius of one of the listed hirify.global hub locations.
