Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid in San Jose or Irvine, California, USA

Base pay: $127,000–$182,000 USD per year, plus bonus and equity grant.

What you will do

• Develop enterprise supply chain strategies, network architectures, and transformation programs across regional and global operations.
• Lead end-to-end planning systems, execution capabilities, performance management, and alignment with market requirements.
• Coordinate strategic initiatives with manufacturing, sales, finance, business units, technology development, and external partners.
• Direct sourcing strategies, supplier network design, procurement excellence, and supplier integration programs.
• Lead risk management, financial optimization, working capital, supply continuity, compliance, and governance across supply chain operations.
• Build and transform supply chain organizations while developing external partnerships, technology alliances, and industry initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
• 8+ years of supply chain management experience, including at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience with integrated supply chain operations, planning systems, global operations, network design, and process architecture.
• Knowledge of semiconductor industry dynamics, supply chain principles, integrated business planning, procurement, supplier integration, and operational excellence.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, advanced analytics, financial management, risk governance, and business transformation.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
