Sr Associate Supply Chain (Site Supply Chain Planner)

Location: Breda, Netherlands; on-site supply chain planning role

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and optimize detailed production schedules for assigned production lines.
• Manage the frozen and firm planning windows and ensure production orders are ready for execution.
• Assess capacity, verify material availability, and coordinate responses to shortages and constraints.
• Coordinate priorities with Production, QA, Warehouse, and regional Supply Chain teams.
• Facilitate daily SQDIP discussions and weekly capacity meetings, highlighting risks and required actions.
• Monitor supply and planning KPIs and contribute to standardization, automation, launches, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in production planning, detailed scheduling, supply planning, or a comparable operational supply chain role.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP/planning system, plus strong analytical and data-management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written, is required.
• Experience in a complex international environment and preferably in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, GMP, or another regulated environment.
• Knowledge of capacity planning, inventory management, analytical tools, and continuous-improvement methods.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA, process automation, or supply chain digitalization experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools, GenAI planning improvements, project management, or product launches.
