Agentic AI Developer (AI)

Location: Onsite in Irving, Texas, or Alpharetta, Georgia

Salary: $60–$65 per hour

What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration loops.
• Develop reasoning architectures including ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, reflection, self-correction, and hierarchical multi-agent patterns.
• Build tool-use pipelines connecting agents with REST APIs, databases, code execution environments, and enterprise software.
• Integrate long-term and short-term memory using vector databases, semantic search, and state stores.
• Implement structured input and output validation, fallback mechanisms, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and deterministic safeguards.
• Establish evaluation and monitoring pipelines to measure accuracy, latency, costs, trajectory quality, and tool failures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2+ years of focused experience with LLM or AI applications.
• Expert-level Python proficiency; TypeScript or JavaScript experience is beneficial.
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft AutoGen, LlamaIndex Agents, or Semantic Kernel.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, OpenAPI specifications, function-calling architectures, vector search, and hybrid retrieval systems.
• Strong software engineering skills in asynchronous programming, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and unit or integration testing.

Nice to have

• TypeScript or JavaScript experience.
