AI Transformation Architect (Agentic AI)

What you will do

• Embed with strategic customer stakeholders to discover high-impact business problems and translate them into Agentic AI solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success as the technical authority during presales evaluations.
• Lead AI workshops and Proofs of Concept to validate solution feasibility and demonstrate measurable business value.
• Assess enterprise cloud, on-premises, data pipeline, and integration requirements, including custom connectors and orchestration logic.
• Design and advise on multi-agent systems, fine-tuned models, retrieval pipelines, decision logic, and integrations with CRMs, ERPs, and custom APIs.
• Share customer pain points, integration patterns, and platform limitations with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as AI architecture, technical consulting, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture for SaaS or AI products.
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, vector databases, agent orchestration frameworks, and modern AI/ML technologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with hands-on experience using LLM frameworks.
• Ability to communicate technical trade-offs, value propositions, and project plans to engineering teams and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes under tight timelines.

• Experience designing multi-agent architectures and fine-tuned models for enterprise data, domain, and security requirements.
• Experience integrating AI systems with CRMs, ERPs, custom APIs, and enterprise infrastructure.
