Senior Solutions Consultant - Commercial (Identity Security)

Location: Remote from the United States, with Colorado listed and US residence preferred; approximately 25% travel within the US is required.

Salary: $94,640–$159,500.60 base salary annually for US-based employees, with potential bonus or role-specific commission and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Participate in the sales process with direct and channel sales teams.
• Discover customer requirements and align hirify.global solutions with business and technical needs.
• Present product capabilities, business value, and competitive differentiators.
• Deliver product demonstrations and participate in onsite and remote Proof of Value evaluations.
• Coordinate RFP responses and provide product enhancement feedback to Product Management.
• Build business-level relationships with clients across IT, HR, Finance, risk management, legal, and other lines of business.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a pre-sales technical resource in an enterprise software or B2B company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of web services, application servers, databases, virtualization, and directories.
• Conversant with modern SaaS architecture.
• 5+ years of related professional experience; experience with identity, governance, and access management solutions is preferred.
• Preferred, but not required: BA/BS degree or global equivalent.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Java, XML, LDAP, SQL, JSON, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience with IT audit functions, regulatory frameworks, SOX, HIPAA, NERC-CIP, GDPR, or CCPA.
