Operations Analyst (Energy Efficiency)

Location: Remote, but applicants must be located in the State of Michigan, United States

Salary: $56,000–$58,000 annually. Compensation range: $55,700–$83,500 annually.

What you will do

• Manage program and portfolio data and perform complex analysis for energy efficiency programs.
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards that track program KPIs.
• Handle ad hoc data requests from internal teams, field staff, business development, and utility clients.
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities across the program portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations Support and Program Management to troubleshoot delivery challenges.
• Support process and IT-related projects connected to data and reporting.

Requirements

• Must be located in Michigan.
• At least 2 years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Strong command of Excel, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience creating recurring reports and dashboards and maintaining data integrity, accuracy, completeness, and security.
• Ability to prioritize recurring deliverables and urgent ad hoc requests independently.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or immigration support.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Monday.com, or similar CRM and program-tracking platforms.
• Experience supporting energy efficiency programs or utility portfolios.
