Analyst II, CAF Technical Support and Reporting

Location: Based out of the hirify.global Auto Finance Office in Kennesaw, Georgia, within the Atlanta area; onsite four days per week. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Annual salary: $68,300–$102,500, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Conduct root cause analysis and solve basic to complex data challenges.
• Retrieve and analyze data across multiple systems and databases.
• Develop subject-matter expertise in system data and translate critical data elements into business metrics.
• Maintain CAF reporting and performance-monitoring dashboards.
• Help design and develop report and dashboard enhancements.
• Provide front-line support for system data questions and issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in an analytical or technical discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical or technical role.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Required experience with SQL and DBMS technology; Snowflake is preferred, while Teradata, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or another major data application is acceptable.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SSRS or Power BI.
• Experience with Tableau, Python, and GitHub or other version control software.
