Global Finance Process Owner (Oracle Fusion)

What you will do

• Own and govern end-to-end finance processes, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
• Develop and execute a multi-year roadmap for finance process optimisation, automation, and standardisation.
• Lead the enhancement, adoption, and benefits realisation of Oracle Fusion across the finance function.
• Partner with Digital and Technology teams to define future finance system capabilities.
• Establish and develop a Finance Process Centre of Excellence while driving governance and process consistency.
• Lead and develop a Finance Process Manager and influence strategic decisions as part of the Finance Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent.
• Significant experience in complex finance environments and leading finance transformation programmes.
• Strong Oracle Fusion ERP experience, ideally including post-go-live optimisation and benefits realisation.
• Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report, with working knowledge of Order-to-Cash and tax.
• Experience influencing senior finance stakeholders at executive level and working with finance operating models, controls, and governance.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery and experience with automation, AI, workflow tools, or advanced analytics.
