Commercial Enablement Lead (iGaming)

Location: Malta, Gibraltar or Isle of Man; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Design and continuously improve commercial processes to maximise efficiency and reduce administrative work for revenue-generating employees.
• Own and improve HubSpot as the Commercial function’s single source of truth, including workflows and reporting.
• Identify, design, and implement AI applications that increase output and reduce manual effort.
• Act as the link between Commercial and Tech by prioritising roadmaps, integrations, and delivery dates.
• Project-manage major cross-functional initiatives, including new market entries, while managing scope, stakeholders, and timelines.
• Monitor commercial systems support tickets, report on efficiency and AI adoption, and develop the Commercial Enablement Executive.

Requirements

• Experience in revenue operations, sales enablement, or CRM within iGaming or a comparable B2B environment.
• Strong project-management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep hands-on expertise with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, including configuration, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience designing and improving processes that measurably increase efficiency.
• Comfort working with Tech and integrations teams, prioritising roadmaps, and holding delivery to agreed dates.
• Practical experience applying AI or automation to business problems, strong analytical skills, and a university degree.
