Product Manager (Healthcare AI)

Location: Must be based in the US; this is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the San Mateo, CA office.

Salary: $230,000 – $280,000 (varies by US geographic market).

What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for executive and operator-facing surfaces.
• Build direct relationships with executive sponsors and operational leaders to inform product direction.
• Design intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for non-technical operational staff.
• Develop proactive intelligence agents that provide actionable insights to operators.
• Drive product-led growth by instrumenting usage and running experiments to increase utilization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building products for operators who own business outcomes.
• Strong product instinct for operational audiences and complex technical systems.
• Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical executive stakeholders.
• Proven growth instinct with experience running adoption and activation experiments.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience with operational staff as end users.
• Product-led growth experience in enterprise or vertical SaaS.
• Background in product analytics, instrumentation, or ROI/value realization workflows.
• Comfort reasoning about usage metering and unit economics.
