Senior PPC Specialist - Maternity Cover

Location: Fully remote from Italy

What you will do

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals and customer acquisition targets.
• Execute and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, search, social, and display channels.
• Optimize campaigns against cost-of-acquisition benchmarks, ROI, and other KPIs.
• Measure, analyze, and report on digital campaign performance.
• Research markets and trends to identify opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web development teams to produce ad assets and improve user experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns on both Google Ads and Meta.
• Strong knowledge of PPC, social media, and display advertising.
• Experience with marketing automation and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Strong Excel skills, including sorting data, pivot tables, and advanced functions.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills; proof of eligibility to work is required, and visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or B2B marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their use in marketing.
