hirify.global develops aerospace products and services and runs a two-year Global Graduate development programme focused on business, technical, and leadership growth.

What you will do

• Analyze how Power-by-the-Hour maintenance costs correlate with fleet age and Flight Hours.
• Evaluate the financial impact of low- and high-utilization products for contract reviews and commercial offer development.
• Integrate analysis findings into forecasting models to improve their accuracy.
• Analyze customer service performance, from catalog costs to customer satisfaction.
• Support strategic customer deployments and monitor and improve the escalation process.
• Complete at least one rotational placement and undertake a customer-facing mission as a Customer Support Officer.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business management, business development, economics, or data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an innovation-focused environment.
• Self-awareness and motivation to take ownership of professional development.
• Security clearance is required, or eligibility for clearance by the recognized authorities.
