Senior Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end insurance benchmarking process across multiple client engagements.
• Interact with clients by phone, email, and in face-to-face meetings throughout the benchmark cycle.
• Collect, validate, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from insurance companies.
• Identify key insights, underlying drivers, and links to current insurance trends and issues.
• Support the delivery of benchmark results and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global topic leads, BCG case teams, and virtual colleagues.

Requirements

• Master's degree with strong academic achievement, preferably in business informatics, business mathematics, business administration, or economics.
• At least 2 years of relevant consulting or financial-sector experience, or at least 4 years of relevant insurance-industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver value through data- and AI-driven insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

• French or Spanish language skills.
