Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights

Location: Hybrid in Memphis, United States; primarily local travel during business hours, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel.

What you will do

• Develop financial, strategic, pricing, forecasting, and operational models.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations and business actions.
• Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and recurring reports.
• Partner with Sales, Pricing, Operations, Finance, and other business functions.
• Present findings to senior and operational leaders while supporting executive decision-making and maintaining analytical quality standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of advanced analytical experience, preferably in consulting, analytics, or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
• Proficient to strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, attention-to-detail, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a professional office environment and sit or stand for extended periods while using office equipment and computers.
