TL;DR
Product Designer (AI Logistics) (B2B logistics platform): Designing dense, real-time web and mobile interfaces for dispatchers, operations managers, and drivers with an accent on customer discovery, design systems, and AI-native workflows. Focus on rapidly prototyping in Figma or code, shaping agentic AI experiences, and resolving design and engineering trade-offs inside product teams.

What you will do
- Discover and validate customer needs through interviews, feedback analysis, and synthesis into product decisions.
- Design dense operational interfaces for dispatch, routing, order management, real-time views, and data visualization across web and mobile.
- Create rapid concepts and working prototypes in Figma or code using tools such as Claude, Cursor, v0, and Figma Make.
- Prepare and present client-facing demos and communicate design decisions with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design system, including components, tokens, variables, and theming.
- Work with engineering teams to refine scope, resolve feasibility trade-offs, and maintain implementation quality.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product or UX design experience with shipped work in complex products.
- Experience designing B2B products with complex workflows, professional users, and data-dense interfaces.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to connect research to design decisions.
- Component-based and technical design fluency, including frontend implementation constraints and design token files.
- Daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools, with a strong bias toward fast iteration.
- Clear communication in English and confidence presenting to clients.
Nice to have
- Design systems depth with tokens, variables, theming, and Figma component architecture.
- Design engineering or coded prototyping experience with React, Tailwind, or AI tools.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations tooling.
- Experience designing agentic AI or LLM-powered product experiences.
- Mobile design experience with iOS or Android patterns.
