Endpoint Engineer 1 (Microsoft)

Location: Hermitage, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role with frequent driving and physical duties

What you will do

• Design and implement scalable solutions for endpoints, printers, and applications.
• Evaluate endpoint technologies and procedures to improve the end-user experience.
• Provide third-tier escalation support for desktop operating system and hardware issues.
• Maintain the endpoint environment through patching, application packaging, and deployment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for IT, Information Security, business teams, and vendors.
• Report implementation status, risks, timelines, and end-user impact to IT management and project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year of job-related experience.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft user and endpoint management technologies.
• Proficiency with batch and PowerShell scripting, Windows operating systems, and networks.
• Familiarity with desktop virtualization technologies and strong communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the United States required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not provided.
