Finance Business Partnering Manager (Ecommerce)

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support business objectives.
• Deliver financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and recommendations for functional areas.
• Standardize reporting and focus the organization on key financial performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, revenue growth, and working-capital efficiency.
• Translate business strategy into long-term financial plans and support strategic decision-making.
• Improve reporting processes and drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience owning P&L and delivering financial planning.
• People leadership and management experience, with the ability to lead teams and maintain high delivery standards.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence strategic business decisions.
• Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across Finance and non-Finance teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail, technology, or ecommerce.
• MBA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
