Head of Embedded Finance Enterprise Partnerships (Embedded Finance)

What you will do

• Define and deliver the embedded finance partnership growth strategy across the enterprise portfolio.
• Lead commercial and customer growth, improving acquisition, engagement, retention, unit economics, and portfolio profitability.
• Shape customer journeys and operational performance in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Credit Risk, Conduct Risk, Legal, Technology, and Finance.
• Build senior relationships with strategic partners, lead commercial negotiations, and maintain effective partnership governance.
• Own portfolio P&L performance, forecasting, investment decisions, and long-term value creation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in embedded finance, consumer credit, and UK financial services.
• Strong commercial and financial leadership, including P&L management, investment evaluation, and unit economics.
• Experience developing and executing growth strategies in complex environments.
• Exceptional strategic partnership, stakeholder management, negotiation, influencing, and executive communication skills.
• Strong customer, risk, regulatory, governance, and compliance judgement.

Nice to have

• Experience leading large-scale embedded finance or consumer credit partnerships with enterprise or retail brands.
• Experience identifying market trends and developing partnership, product, or customer growth opportunities.
• Experience influencing product roadmaps and customer propositions.
• Capability in commercial modelling, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
