Account Services Manager

Location: In office at 400 North Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills, California, US 90210

Salary: $71,869–$114,797 per year, plus eligibility for bonus and/or commissions.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational needs and relationship support for an assigned portfolio of high-value and complex branch banking clients.
• Analyze client needs, recommend banking products and services, and identify opportunities to retain and expand existing relationships.
• Handle operational requests including loan payments, wires, new accounts, checking and savings activity, certificates of deposit, and investments.
• Coordinate with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, business management firms, and internal specialists to resolve client issues and deliver solutions.
• Maintain portfolio profitability while complying with credit standards, lending authorities, operational policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support business development, sales practices, risk mitigation, and accurate responses to client inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of banking experience.
• At least 4 years of branch banking experience within the relevant client segment.
• At least 3 years of customer service experience.
• Deep knowledge of personal and business banking products, including offerings for preferred, personal, and small-business clients.
• Must be in good standing under the SAFE Act and registered or eligible for registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.

• Strong knowledge of CIP, KYC, banking regulations, and compliance practices.
• Understanding of economic conditions and their impact on clients.
