Director, Platform and Intelligence Value Stream (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment sponsorship is not available. The role may require 10–25% travel, and hiring is unavailable in Quebec, Ontario, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

Base salary: $211,500–$235,000 annually, plus a variable component.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and product direction for shared platform services, including workflow orchestration, conversational AI, business rules, unified access, entitlements, and event infrastructure.
• Productize AI- and agent-driven capabilities that act within financial and legal workflows.
• Turn data assets into cloud data platform offerings with clear value metrics, pricing, and commercial models.
• Define and prioritize a single outcome-focused backlog from strategy through release commitment and delivery.
• Lead the standing team of domain and analyst talent while partnering with Engineering, Security, Architecture, Sales, and Services.
• Build governance, access control, auditability, data-level security, and safeguards into products handling privileged and financial data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 10+ years in product management, including ownership of platform, data, analytics, or AI/ML products, with at least three years leading product managers or end-to-end delivery.
• Demonstrated experience shipping AI/ML or agentic capabilities in B2B products.
• Hands-on experience with platform or foundational services such as workflow orchestration, identity and entitlements, rules engines, or shared data services.
• Experience building data offerings on a modern cloud data platform or lakehouse architecture, such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Experience with data governance, access control, compliance, backlog management, outcome metrics, commercializing data products, and leading product or analyst talent.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms in ERP, financial systems, legal technology, or another regulated environment.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or comparable backlog and delivery tooling.
