Manager, Platform Professional Resident Services (Remote)

Location: USA - Remote; travel up to 25% of the time

Salary: $140,000–$195,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility, equity grants, and benefits

What you will do

• Build and lead a team of resident consultants delivering services across Falcon, Identity, Cloud, Next-Gen SIEM, and LogScale.
• Partner with professional services leadership to expand programs, improve efficiency, and develop customer-focused services.
• Manage cross-functional delivery, customer projects, pre-sales scoping, solution presentations, deal structuring, and project execution.
• Mentor team members, expand technical capabilities, and improve delivery techniques through automation and AI.
• Track emerging CrowdStrike technologies and develop innovative service offerings based on customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing on service communications, presentations, customer solutions, and opportunity closure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the security industry, preferably in professional services or a similar capacity.
• Experience leading and managing technical teams.
• Experience with technical scoping, requirements gathering, post-sales handoffs, deployments, and project management from kickoff through closure.
• Ability to create deployment documentation and transfer knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to convert customer requirements and experience into feedback for product and engineering teams.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of endpoint security products, SIEM, log analysis, data onboarding, parsers, queries, dashboards, and alerts.
• Experience with Falcon LogScale, Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, LogRhythm, Exabeam Data Lake, or similar solutions.
• Knowledge of distributed applications hosted in AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Knowledge of identity management solutions.
• Automation experience with Bash, Python, or other programming languages.
