Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Strategic Revenue Insights) (Fintech)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $185,000–$245,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $164,000–$224,000 per year in all other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Partner with Client Success and Marketplace teams as the data subject-matter expert for revenue segments and merchants.
• Create business cases, insights, dashboards, and experiments that demonstrate product performance and value to merchants.
• Analyze revenue performance and turn findings into recommendations for segment strategy and execution.
• Standardize analytics use cases, build analytics infrastructure, and automate analyses and dashboards.
• Define KPIs, benchmarks, methodologies, and data sources to produce actionable insights.
• Guide cross-functional analytics projects and optimize go-to-market efforts through experiment design and measurement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytically driven role such as consulting, finance, or analytics.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau.
• Ability to apply analytical frameworks, solve ambiguous business problems, and communicate compelling narratives to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organization, independent execution, and ability to drive multiple strategic initiatives from strategy through implementation.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships and acting as an analytics point of contact.
• Demonstrated aptitude for using AI tools for analytics, including Cursor or Claude Code.

Nice to have

• Understanding of or demonstrated aptitude to learn Python.
• Knowledge of the fintech or payments industry.
• Experience performing data analytics for marketplace platforms.
