What you will do

• Troubleshoot systems to identify problems and perform repairs.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, company vehicles, tools, and storage areas.
• Transport tools, equipment, and supplies required for assigned work.
• Prepare written documentation of activities and technical information.
• Perform administrative and housekeeping duties required by the Facilities and Safety Department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years of related experience or education preferred.
• Knowledge of common hand and power tools, lifting methods, and building, maintenance, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, blueprints, safety rules, and maintenance manuals.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to pass drug screening and complete a background investigation.
• Government secret clearance required.
