Staff Pharmacist $40,000 Sign on Bonus

Location: Onsite at 115 W Willow St, Colby, Kansas 67701, United States

Salary: $98,000–$172,000 annually for a 40-hour workweek, prorated for different schedules. Additional annual or quarterly performance bonuses apply.

What you will do

• Provide pharmaceutical care, process prescriptions, and accurately dispense medications.
• Counsel customers on healthcare and prescription medication needs.
• Administer immunizations and other pharmacy programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, HIPAA, PHI, and applicable regulations.
• Model customer service standards and guide pharmacy staff.
• Participate in community outreach and engagement activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGE qualification through NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to provide pharmaceutical care and implement best practices.
• Strong customer and partner relationship-building skills.
• Adaptability when addressing patient needs and medical concerns.
