Pharmacy Manager

Location: Monett, Missouri, United States; onsite at Walmart Supercenter 00048

Annual salary: $112,000–$197,000, plus performance-based bonuses and a $30,000 sign-on payment

What you will do

• Lead pharmacists and pharmacy staff while managing daily pharmacy operations.
• Process and dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate pricing, merchandise presentation, signing, and inventory levels.
• Guide customer service practices and resolve patient and customer needs within company policies.
• Lead community outreach programs and encourage associates to support community health.
• Analyze reports, implement loss-prevention and safety controls, and oversee quality assurance reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD, or an equivalent FPGEC qualification from NABP.
• Pharmacy license required by the job entry date.
• Completion of an ACPE-accredited immunization training program.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare providers.
• Ability to analyze pharmacy and financial data to improve performance and patient outcomes.
• Ability to manage pharmacy staff and operations.
