What you will do

• Lead and grow European Operations and Project Management, improving quality, efficiency, profitability, and growth capacity.
• Drive the transformation toward the GCSP model and develop technology-enabled, client-centric ways of working.
• Lead the people and organizational aspects of transformation across multiple teams and countries.
• Define the global strategy and operating model for freelancers, vendors, and external specialists.
• Build scalable frameworks for sourcing, onboarding, qualification, allocation, performance, quality, rates, and commercial governance.
• Use data, technology, and AI responsibly to optimize performance and external capacity.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in Operations, Project Management, professional services, localization, content, or technology.
• Proven experience leading transformation and organizational change across multiple teams or countries.
• Strong experience managing external talent, freelancers, or vendors and building scalable capacity models.
• Strong business acumen connecting talent, operations, external capacity, client value, and business performance.
• Fluency in French and English, written and spoken, is essential.
• Strategic, collaborative, international mindset with an interest in AI, technology, and the evolving world of work.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch or other European languages.
