Localization Program Manager (Media Localization)

Location: Fully remote; candidates must reside in or be aligned with the Eastern Time Zone. Periodic travel is required. Greenville, NC is listed as the role location.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of localized asset production across multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Coordinate handoffs, revisions, and final deliverables between internal production teams and localization studios.
• Scope incoming projects, collect vendor quotations, and communicate cost summaries to stakeholders.
• Build and manage external localization vendor and studio relationships, including onboarding, capacity, terms, and performance.
• Partner with production, strategy, and operations leadership to improve SOPs and workflows.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in program management, project management, localization operations, or production management.
• Experience owning end-to-end production workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume media or content environment.
• Experience managing external vendors, including scoping, quotations, negotiation, and performance management.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
• Experience building operational systems and documentation such as SOPs and rate cards.

Nice to have

• Experience in media localization, international content production, or post-production workflows.
• Familiarity with dubbing, subtitling, and adapted creative assets.
• Experience coordinating post-production agencies or distributed freelance teams.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro.
