hirify.global MGM Studios creates and distributes original film and television content, with Global Localization producing dubbed and subtitled versions for more than 240 countries and territories.

What you will do

• Maintain the creative vision and quality of hirify.global MGM Studios Originals localized into German for theatrical and downstream audiences.
• Research German localization market trends and support expansion of the Premium German Localization Program.
• Drive workflow and process improvements with global localization stakeholders to create scalable solutions.
• Monitor Creative Supervisor performance, maintain talent and vendor metrics, and escalate creative or operational issues.
• Build relationships with dubbing studios and creative teams to support talent development and program improvements.
• Ensure contractual, post-production, technical workflow, and international distribution requirements are met.

Requirements

• Fluent German speaking, writing, and reading skills are required.
• Experience analyzing metrics to implement business improvements in localization creative services, global studios, or post-production.
• Deep expertise and strong connections in German dubbing markets.
• Experience developing strategies, streamlining systems, directing freelance workers, and developing creative teams.
• Experience working with distributed teams, third-party post-production vendors, and episodic or feature-content technical workflows.
• Understanding of post-production and international day-and-date delivery, with interest in AI/ML technologies that augment in-person work.

Nice to have

• Established relationships with local dubbing studios, translators, adaptors, directors, creative talent, and associations.
• Understanding of story structure and character development in relation to local-language audiences.
• Experience with media asset types, digital transport mechanisms, quality standards, budgets, and approved rate constraints.
