Localisation Producer

Location: Soho, London, UK; full-time onsite, Monday–Friday, 09:30–18:00

hirify.global is an international creative production agency with offices in London and Los Angeles, delivering cross-platform campaigns and post-production services.

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and communicate project timelines, cost estimates, status reports, and trackers.
• Own localisation projects from client briefing through final delivery, coordinating assets and information between clients and internal teams.
• Manage client changes, delivery schedules, budgets, scope adjustments, risks, and project issues.
• Oversee quality control and ensure deliverables meet client specifications and creative standards.
• Build relationships with international distribution territories, act as a client contact, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Allocate work, support new business and process improvement initiatives, and mentor Junior Localisation Producers where appropriate.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of localisation experience in a film, entertainment, or creative agency environment.
• Experience in account handling or production within a post-production facility, studio, or agency.
• Experience working across international territories, particularly EMEA.
• Understanding of end-to-end post-production workflows, including editing, graphics, and audio.
• Technical knowledge of DCP, broadcast HD/SD, and digital file delivery formats.
• Strong client management, communication, organisation, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills; proficiency with Mac and PC operating systems.

• Additional European language skills.
